2- Zoning Analysis: Analyze zoning bylaws and prepare site statistics
3- Floor Plan Design: Provide residential design options for the floor plans
4- Exterior Design: Prepare designs for all elevations, including a complete exterior 3D model
1- Prepare Zoning Review Package: Compile and submit forms and materials for zoning review
2- Coordinate with Zoning Examiner: Work with the examiner to obtain the zoning notice or certificate.
3- Committee of Adjustment (if applicable): Prepare presentation materials and residential design drawings; conduct feasibility research if required. And, present at the hearing and follow up with examiners to obtain the final decision.
