This high-end residential renovation was a major transformation, and approval from the Committee of Adjustment enabled us to expand the ground floor, second floor, and half-story to provide more living space. While preserving the traditional look of the front elevation, we incorporated modern elements such as projected frame windows at the rear, combined with glass, to create a luxurious high-end residence. The interior layout was completely redesigned to accommodate the client’s needs. To increase the basement ceiling height, underpinning was implemented, and a detached garage was added at the rear of the lot.
