Working Drawings

In addition to permit drawings, some clients may want more detailed plans. While this additional information is not mandatory to get the building permit, working drawings can improve efficiency during the construction process, make it easier to account for, and avoid future construction expenses. Working drawings show more details than permit drawings; including construction schedules for windows and doors, appliances, finishes and millwork designs. These documents outline clear specifications and requirements for the project’s architectural, mechanical and electrical construction plans.
